Terms of service
Effective June 12, 2026
What this is
Tracker (at dev.inskog.com) lets you track recurring activities and get email reminders. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- You need a valid email address and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership over anything you put into Tracker.
- You can delete your account at any time; everything goes with it, immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, no automated scraping or flooding, no using the email features to harass anyone, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or other users, at our discretion.
Early access & price
Tracker is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be told clearly and ahead of time — nothing will silently start charging you.
No warranty
Tracker is provided "as is", run by a solo developer. We work hard on reliability (and reminders have safeguards against duplicates), but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every email lands on time. Don't rely on Tracker alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause real harm — medication schedules and legal deadlines deserve a second system.
Service changes & shutdown
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service — in whole or in part — at any time. If Tracker ever shuts down for good, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you advance notice by email so you can copy out anything you need before your data is deleted. Using a free early-access product means accepting that it may not be around forever.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or missed obligations — including anything that happens because a reminder didn't arrive or arrived late; and (b) our total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past 12 months — which, during early access, is zero. Where the law doesn't allow part of this limitation, that part applies to the fullest extent it does allow.
Changes to anything
We reserve the right to change any aspectof the service and of these terms at our sole discretion, at any time — features, limits, eligibility, design, pricing (subject to the early-access promise above), and the terms themselves. When a change is material we'll update the date at the top of this page and note it in the app or by email. Continuing to use Tracker after a change means you accept it; if you don't, stop using the service and delete your account.
